All reservations made through our website or directly with our hotels are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment for bookings must be made in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date are not eligible for any refund. All refunds are subject to a 3% banking charges deduction. Please note that this policy may change from booking to booking.

You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only. You shall not use the website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks. Unauthorized access to our website and services is strictly prohibited.

EllBee Hotels shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or services. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand.
