From the rooftop at The Sitting Elephant in Rishikesh, you can watch elephants cross to the far bank of the Ganga to drink — unhurried, enormous, and ancient. MadhavIt's really wonderful stay in this hotel with my kid and wife....very courteous and supporting staff, comfortable rooms with Ganga ji view. There breakfast spread @ morning, and hightea @4pm is cherry on top. They give special guided Triveni ghat Arti darshan which is lifetime experience.
