About the Role
- Handle guest service in restaurant and rooftop area
- Take orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen
- Serve food & beverages as per service standards
- Ensure table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene at all times
- Assist guests with menu suggestions and basic upselling
- Maintain quick response time during peak hours
- Follow SOPs for billing, KOT, and guest handling
Requirements
- 0–2 years experience in hotel / restaurant service
- Basic communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Presentable and well-groomed
- Willing to work in shifts and peak hours
- Positive attitude and team player
- Basic understanding of F&B service
