About the Role
- Lead a kitchen section (hot, cold, or larder) with full ownership of quality and output
- Supervise and guide Commis chefs on station preparation and service
- Prepare and plate dishes consistently to EllBee recipe and presentation standards
- Manage mise en place, portion control, and stock levels for your section
- Monitor food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance at all times
- Coordinate with Head Chef and other sections during service
- Support menu development and seasonal recipe updates
Requirements
- 3–5 years kitchen experience with at least 1–2 years as CDP or senior Commi
- Culinary training (hotel management or ITI) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian and continental cuisines
- Able to lead a team under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Familiar with FSSAI food safety standards; FoSTaC certification preferred
