About the Role

  • Lead a kitchen section (hot, cold, or larder) with full ownership of quality and output
  • Supervise and guide Commis chefs on station preparation and service
  • Prepare and plate dishes consistently to EllBee recipe and presentation standards
  • Manage mise en place, portion control, and stock levels for your section
  • Monitor food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance at all times
  • Coordinate with Head Chef and other sections during service
  • Support menu development and seasonal recipe updates

Requirements

  • 3–5 years kitchen experience with at least 1–2 years as CDP or senior Commi
  • Culinary training (hotel management or ITI) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Indian and continental cuisines
  • Able to lead a team under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Familiar with FSSAI food safety standards; FoSTaC certification preferred
