About the Role
- Clean and service guest rooms and public areas to EllBee standards
- Change linen, replenish amenities, and maintain room presentation
- Report maintenance issues, lost property, and irregularities promptly
- Handle guest requests courteously and with minimal disruption
- Maintain housekeeping trolley and storage areas in an organised manner
- Follow all hygiene, safety, and sustainability protocols
- Support deep-cleaning and seasonal room turnover as scheduled
Requirements
- 0–2 years experience in hotel housekeeping
- Knowledge of room cleaning procedures, linen handling, and hygiene standards
- Physically fit and comfortable working at a hill property
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and discreet
- Ability to work in shifts including weekends
