About the Role
- Deliver warm, attentive guest service across restaurant and riverside dining areas
- Take and relay orders accurately, coordinating with kitchen and bar
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with EllBee service standards
- Maintain table setup, cleanliness, and presentation throughout service
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly during peak hours
- Assist with upselling menu items, beverages, and in-house experiences
- Follow SOPs for billing, KOT management, and guest interactions
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in F&B service at a hotel or restaurant
- Fluent Hindi; working knowledge of English
- Presentable, well-groomed, and guest-oriented
- Comfortable working in shifts including weekends and peak periods
- Team player with a calm, proactive attitude
