About the Role
- Provide attentive, personalised service in restaurant, terrace, and banquet areas
- Accurately take and relay guest orders, coordinating with kitchen team
- Serve food and beverages as per EllBee service standards
- Maintain immaculate table setups and dining environment throughout service
- Support upselling of food, beverages, and hotel experiences
- Assist in event and banquet setups as required
- Follow all billing, KOT, and guest handling SOPs
Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in F&B service at a hotel or restaurant
- Fluent Hindi; working knowledge of English
- Well-groomed, presentable, and guest-focused
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and during peak season
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
